I just wanted to be the attitude of people who have my philosophy of personal training. Some gyms and trainers are some outward to the customer, with more classes, but I have undertaken the knowledge that I have the fiscal year, fitness, body and health.

When I see the attitude of the people, I am responsible for this attitude. I ask: “If you do not, what would you do?” I’m looking for enthusiastic people who feel they have it all. I have a program for training of trainers. With the two weeks, they must be the “clients” of the gym and the trainers. I want a good portion of what it’s like a customer, and to think about how you talk to detect and respond. Then the new guide for people experienced trainers, with their fitness routine, so that experienced staff can help them meet new people and to their approach to training and style.

I speak with my trainers a lot about themselves to grow. I ask what is their vision of themselves and for their careers. I wonder where they think that the profession of personal training is. To add a new person, I ask one of our customers, whether they would be prepared to be guinea pigs and the new one. The essence of education is to the people out of their comfort zone, and not just what I do with my clients physically, but I do with my trainers in their work. Sometimes I failed here, because not all trainers want to grow. Some of them just train.
