One of the most important functions across the company is the financial manager. For those who are badly informed, they tend to believe that the only function of this position is the head of suppliers and customers, but it goes far beyond this capability. In fact, the financial manager is responsible for all finance and accounting in the whole society.

The role of this position means that not only the financing of tasks such as suppliers, customers accounts, and payroll, but it also means that the budget projections and work with the Head of Financial Department to ensure that the fund company are stable and assistance for all cuts, which may be required.

Finance Manager is at the top, both suppliers and customers in the areas of the company. In this context it is also defining the guidelines and procedures for the two sectors. These include the recruitment of employees on the basis of need, because of budget guidelines, including the expenses of personnel by ensuring that the procedures are used by all employees, the quota system makes sense for the completion of the work at the appropriate time, and the Interaction with the service supervisors on a regular basis, in order to keep events in the province.

Financial managers will also compile reports that show all in his ministry, particularly the expenditure which bills, which in the standards for checking the quality, speed and the payment of two invoices and processing payments. Finance Manager is also responsible for the settlement of accounts and client department to ensure that guidelines for the deadlines for the bill and are being followed.

Finance is also the manager, working with other executives in the preparation of the budget for each year. It is with the Head of Finance and Head of Department for a fair solution for each year the expenditure for staff in the two, supplies and other needs that companies including training, business travel, meetings outside the city, and staffing. The financial manager has a very important position in a company, its decisions and allows for the provision of financial stability of the company, at least in the areas under its control. It is also his job to ensure that other departments and divisions of the company to follow their budgets and make best use of the company without spending money frivolously.
