What Motivation you have?

Motivate by fear and intimidation, or someone to avoid a loss, cost or a consequence of the results of the other person avoiding to do something, they do not want to focus more on something that if they really want. An example of the structure would grow from someone on the pressure for action by threats, such as the loss of their jobs or to a prison with a measurable cost to them if they do not perform to your expectations.
